Return & Shipping Policy

We care about your vibrant well-being and will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.

In the extremely rare chance you may wish to return a product, please note our policy:

  • We are happy to issue a store credit orders that are in process that you choose to cancel.
  • If an item is received damaged, contact us for an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #)

By the way: Be sure to take a picture of what your package looked when you received it so we can take a chunk out of the delivery person’s hide…nah, they’re really nice and things do happen.

  • We’ll send you a replacement once the item is received.
  • Due to industry standards and regulatory compliance we are unable to process any returns/exchanges on any hemp products, CBD products, empty pill capsules, CBD Body Butter, Shira Synergy Sprays or any opened or unsealed bottles/products. If you have questions or concerns about our products please contact us.

To exchange a damaged item, please send an email to Store at ShiraSynergy dot com explaining the situation along with a note on the receipt that comes with your order, or the invoice or receipt you received with your order. Then ship it back to the return address on the package or, if none is evident on the external packaging, request a return address for the product in your email.

You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping  and we will cover your shipping on the exchanged item back to you.

The shipping fee is NOT REFUNDED on any orders that qualify for a return and are returned. Only the subtotal of your purchase before shipping will be refunded.

There is an 18% restocking fee on all returned products. As the facility from where our happy hemp products are meticulously created and shipped is located in Colorado, USA, shipping and handling charges back to our facility will be automatically deducted from any pre-authorized refunds. Finally, we try hard not to make any mistakes, but they may rarely happen. So we will gladly fix any mistakes we make to your order. All exchanges for damaged products must be requested within 30 days of purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate you as our customer.

Conditions: All returns and exchanges must have an RMA attached (see Return and Shipping Policy above). Only unopened, sealed containers within the 30 day term may be returned or exchanged per the policies stated above.
